An established spot on the lesbian scene for a very good reason. You don't have to have a retro mullet (oh sorry, that was so 04, I mean ironic-long) to drink and eat here - a rare thing in W1.
Genuinely friendly, a great pre-club, or pre-restaurant, or first time on the scene cafe bar.

First Out Cafe Bar on St Giles st, Tottenham Court Road is by far my favourite and the BEST cafe bar in London!
It has all the ingredients for a fantastic day or night- amazing home cooked food, great choice of drinks (legendary smoothies!), lovely friendly and gorgeous staff (who aren't up their own arses like so many in the West End) and a great chilled atmosphere!

The atmosphere feels just right according to me, the service is good, not too crouded, affordable drinks, staff is friendly, music is good if you are not a club goer. Above all this place definately ain't the last on my list.
