This is a gem of a place tucked away from "ok yah's" of Kings Road and the trendy after work City types at Clapham Common. It's purely a local pub with warm arms open to passers by and visitors alike. A truly great menu too, served all day with interesting and unexpected delivery (as if in a West-End restaurant). Sunday lunch is served also and I'm told booking is best because it gets busy. The staff were young good looking and friendly and with a nice mix of locals and regulars has a welcoming and hospitable feel. Try to avoid Battersea hockey festivals though, that can be quite full on! An allroung pleasure, great food, great prices, great staff and great drinks!
