Love this place... Great on sundays to read the newspaper or on an evening for drinks... Have been told the food is very good since the new chef arrived. Patio is superb and gives onto the canal!

an outdstanding pub. the way they should be. Cosy yet contemporary, and fun yet subdued. A traditional institution brought up to date. Admittedly I''m a local so my opinion is biased but check out the press reviews - they all agree.
