A brilliant bar and dining rooms that serve incredibly well executed and delicious meals. The staff are friendly and helpful and the prices very reasonable.
I shall be returning as often as I can.

After sitting in the downstairs dining room for 15 minutes on a rather quiet Monday lunchtime I wanted to pinch someone; possibly myself, to check that I hadn't departed this earth, but more likely the myopic staff of this style-over-substance eatery.
Read this loud and clear owners: it is simply not good enough to allow potential diners to sit and wait without any form of acknowlement that service may arrive soon. A quick nod and a basket of bread would have bribed us into staying.
My companion and I sat within eye- balling range of the bar man, the stoned looking waitress who seemed capable of carrying only one item at a time, and someone who I assume to be the manage who was more interested in privately entertaining her guest.
And so we moved on to the less consciously hip but more reliable Cafe Rouge for a memorable long lunch - I suggest other diners do otherwise.

Can really recommend the restaurant menu. - Fabulous semi-private dining rooms upstairs, which add that extra something, but without the extra price. Maybe it's because it's new, but 'all' staff bend over backwards to please.
Also have a very reasonably priced bar menu, which I will definitley go back to sample, and a comprehensive wine list.
I'd say it's defintely the premier gastro pub/dining room in Hampstead to date, although a different experience to the likes of the Hollybush; which is still a big favourite.
