I rather enjoyed the atmosphere this place had. I didn't notice many negative things about it apart from the expensive drinks but if you have the money, what's the problem. I was put on the guestlist along with a friend and we didn't have to queue at all. You could definitely tell that everyone in there was rich but I didn't notice any snobs about, just some very talented dancers, cute waiters, and some hot guys. Met a celebrity (won't mention his name) but there was no hype at all. People in there just wanna chill out and have fun without any prejudice. I'll definitely go back again.

My friend and I managed to talk our way into the club and had to pay a mere £15. Not bad we thought! Although the dance floor was extremely small the atmosphere was excellent. It was really crowded and the toilets were well funky. We talked to Toby Anstis and his friend most of the evening - both very polite nice people. His after party was even better!!! I'd go back for sure it's just a shame it closes as early as it does as I'm sure people would be willing to stay on longer.

Lets be honest, the type of people who read and write reviews (yes us!) are not the type of people Chinawhite caters to. Lifes beautiful rich people do not waste their time with other peoples opinions. They do not go to be impressed or to see celebrities, they do not go to meet partners. They go to dance, drink and have FUN. Why does everyone expect so much from this place. The people who enjoy the club are the people who go in relaxed and willing to have fun, whoever is there, whichever star, whatever the size of the dance floor. Relax everyone !

Now in it's 6th year, along with Tramp and Annabels, this is one of the longest running first class London Members club. Every day of the week a new club opens, however every day a new club closes. Chinawhite is still one of the best clubs around with a good selection of music by DJ's who are not afraid to mix world, with regegga, rnb and good old fashioned House. The DJs are now using the new computer system instead of vinyl which is great to see. Monday nights sees live music ranging from Jazz to African Beats to Classical.

The food by their Balinese Chef is outstanding. A good selection of substantial canapes with many a healthy option.

The crowd changes however as this is a members club and as the members are regulars, this has a family feel and the majority of people know one another.

The staff are friendly and accommodating and their taxi service is wonderful.

I cannot find fault with the club and it has been my home since it opened.

Long Live Chinawhite !

I have been to china white a few times. Although it is small and slightly cramped it does have an amazing atmosphere. There are always a few celebs on a wednesday if you are majorly interested in them. Overal a wicked night great music and great vodka and cranberry.

ok where shall i start this place is so over-rated its unbelievable. i went there a couple of months back for the first time for a friends birthday waited absoluntely ages in the freezing cold to be let in while it seemed that everyone else was turning up and strolling in because they knew som1 that knew som1! when we finally made it inside the music was a bit crap so we decided to change rooms only to find that we wernt allowed in to the other room because it was the size of a prison cell and already packed to the brim. drinks were overpriced (but expected) and the guys all seemed to be middle aged close to balding and ugly. (and all this was on a saturday!) apart from that if you like housy type of music and stuck up people then this is your place!!!!!

Went here with a group of friends after being put on the guestlist. We queued up for quite som time, even though being on the guestlist. Paying £15 for the entrance was met with disgust by several of us, but as the club is a place for the so-called upper class, we had already anticipated that. Whilst inside the club got really going around midnight, and it was severely difficult to move and get even a chance to order by the bar. This was a Tuesday night, and I was left surprised over how packed it turned out to be. Chinawhite is structured to have a laidback atmosphere, with all the "important" people having their respective tables. People are generally wealthy, and the women there are utilising this fact to the fullest. The music, however, was very impressive - the DJ played some classic hiphop-tunes, which pleased us all. The drinks are ridiculously expensive, but it reflects the target audience, by all means. Good club, but very small. The people in Chinawhite are not what you get in for example Tantra, be aware of that. Nevertheless, the club is worth a visit. I enjoyed the night very much despite the inevitable annoyance over women acting like Anna Nicole Smith did with her former husband, 89 year old and absolutely loaded.

Such a pity - this place has gone downhill. More fun to be had elsewhere.

I rather like China White and have enjoyed my numerous times there. Definitely go back although must admit it gets hot when clubs fills up. Drinks are also rather expensive although the party mood is electrifying. Met some v nice people in there.

i must say its the nicest club ive been to. Crowd and atmosphere are excellent, music is good. Bathroom is a must see. expensive, but well worth it. if you're not a member and you're a guy, book a table for dinner and bring girls, and you'll be able to get in.
