I made my first visit to this much talked of bar recently and was not impressed. The decor was interesting but the evening was marred by the fact that we were moved halfway through our drinks so some people could eat at our table. Other tables were free... Perhaps we were not sufficiently "beautiful people" to be permitted to sit so near the door. The staff need to stop trying so hard to be cool and to learn some basic manners.

The atmosphere looks nice at a glance, but after few minutes the noise is unbearable! Food is not bad, but definitely too expensive, as well as the drinks

this place used to be one of my favourite bars when it opened - beautiful and stunning interior, with a great crowd of people and wonderful staff. What a shame then, that the staff no longer care for service - they are rude, arrogant and only interested in being nice you if you have a corporate credit card. Shame it's also now frequented by desperate try-hards from essex and business men desperate to impress. i've often seen 'captial FM winners' arriving in their stretch limos. oh dear. time to find somewhere else

Looks like all the hard work went into the decor and not into recruiting friendly efficient staff. The manager was miffed that he had to take our drinks orders in the absence of his minions. For the prices we paid, I did not appreciate spending half my evening queueing for one overworked toilet.

I've been in London for 4 yrs and never thought I'd be in such a special bar as Lounge Lover! Fab Environment, Quirky Decor and Stunning Service! I found out that one of the co-owners was Malaysian, just as I am, and that made me even more proud of the place! I will return and believe me, I have not stopped talking about this place since.....

I sometimes come here with the work massiv and we all think it is a really cool bar and a haven from the stresses of life in the Fast Lane! The amazing cocktails are quite expensive but that's no problemo if the boss is paying for us! Thanks Neil !

Cool place. I spent a great evening here, lounging around with some work colleagues and guess who walked in - none other than David Hasselhoff!

The prices are on the 'very expensiv' side, but its worth a visit just for the decor... which is beautiful. Although the actual place is quite difficult to find!

the staff could be rude and arrogant, they're not. they make you beautiful cocktails and bring them to your table, in a beautiful place where you get to feel beautifully decadent.
the prices could be cheaper, they're not. the prices are rude and arrogant... but you don't feel beautiful and decadent drinking a £2.20 pint of stella.
