Great for a cheap drink in the centre. I've been to this pub a number of times and recommend it. The only drawback I have found is the layout is not so great and the tables are not always cleared so quickly.

My Mum and I had a meal at the Lyceum Tavern and we were very impressed! The food was lovely and very well presented. The standard of service was remarkable and very friendly. I especially loved the curly fries! The cup of tea at £1.60 was pretty expensive though! Would definitely go back there again!

Next door to the Lyceum (as you'd expect).Great place to sit outside in the summer.Traditional decor with TV's at both ends for sporting events. Nothing outstanding, but ok for a pre/post show drink.
