It's nice to go into a bar where the staff enjoy themselves as well as the customers. The upstairs bar is cool and relaxed. Downstairs is chic and happening. A well run bar, well poured drinks and good food available if you feel like eating. Good music with a great mix of people.

Also, nice to see the owners and manager working hard to make your evening enjoyable.

Was in this bar last Wednesday night. It's a cool bar with a great atmosphere although very quiet when we were there. The cocktails are strong and delicious. Highlight was the great tunes by two very cool DJs - one girl one guy, both playing breaks and beats. Am definitely going back to see if they're there this week!

This place is excellent, the upstairs bar has recently been renovated and looks fantastic. Before christmas the decoration and fuinrniture left much to be desired - NOT ANY MORE. The reason for my continued visits has always been the staff who are very friendly and helpful, the music funky house is superb. But mainly the downstairs bar which is decorated in a very sultry manner, definately not seedy soho, more like sexy new york. the guys are bad either.

I'd been to Zebrano a couple of times over the past year or so and enjoyed the reasonably-priced cocktails and comfy booth seating downstairs. It always seemed to eb a bit of a hidden gem, being so close to Carnaby Street and Regent Street but blissfully free from tourists and office bineg drinkers.

Alas, I returned this week to find that, at 6.45pm, the downstairs (remodelled to provide a dancefloor and second bar) was absolutely packed, with not one single seat or barstool remaining. And the whole bar was thick with smoke, to the point where my eyes watered.

I headed upstairs instead, into the intimate little bar area serving food, wine and beer. I soon discovered the reason that one table and three chairs remained unoccupied - each piece of furniture was broken. The bar staff showed no inclination to listen when this was pointed out.

Who knows whether the new owners have invigorated the drinks menu - we'll head to bars with decent air con and places to sit at 6.45pm!

this bar has just been brought by new owners and boy, did it need a shake-up! when i last went to this bar, the service was slow and unfriendly, the place was VERY dark, even at 6pm it was lit light it was 2am. i went in on thursday night and was greeted by a friendly doorman, quick and pretty barmaids and good funky music. my one complaint would be that it gets pretty busy, but the doorman(whose name was john) told me that you can pre-book tables and have waitress service. this is the biggest improvement i have seen to a bar(in london) in a LOOONG time,possibly ever. p.s. if the owners read this, they couldn't forward my e-mail address to the cute blond barmaid?

This is the place to go! I went last weekend and it proved a completely different experience to my night there six months ago. Zebrano seems to be a new bar - different to the one I knew! The new management offer generous prices, gorgeous staff, exotic drinks and a spacious dance floor. There was a great DJ who added a unique quality and was spinning for the pleasure of all. It was an unrivalled party atmosphere, offering everything I could want - Zebrano is well and truly a leader of the pack. Highly recommended.

Apprently this place is under new management since about a month ago. I went and it was great: friendly staff; no fashion police on the door; flashy "Cocktail" style bar staff; everything I could want really.

Well, despite it's enchanting appearence this bar is poor. The evening I went ALL seating was reserved and no one was sat anywhere. Our cocktails were crafted by the most miserable member of staff. The manager was agressive and unpolite about our coats and bags. Quite frankly I can think of better places to relax and spend my money. Will Not be going back! Why do bars and clubs think it acceptable to be rude to paying guests, it's about time they released we have the power.

Despite looking promising (interesting decor and a DJ booth) Zebrano could easily ruin your evening. A cocktails menu which sides heavily on the "raunchy named" drinks list, served by bored/unhappy bar staff with both doorstaff and a bar manager who think they are residing in a private members club in Belgravia, not a low rent bar in Soho. Stay well clear if you're wearing a coat, hat or trainers that night!
