The Edge

As a foreigner, sometimes London's nights are cold and not kind, but the second time I went to The Edge, I realised that Londoners can be kind, warm and friendly. I must suy that The Edge is neither the biggest club nor the more cool, but the stuff behind the bars and specially in the cloackroom. For a night I felt I was at home, thanks.

A great place to go for the hip and trendy. However, be warned that it does get extremely packed in the evenings with standing room only! There are limited seating space on the upper floors, so get there early to be guaranteed a seat. A good mix of people, although straight couples ocassionally wonder in and make an exhibtion of themselves. Usually a good service, although as with most popular London (and Gay) bars, it's always heaving at the bar.

Nice bar on the edge of soho so you are not in the thick of the action if you just want a nice chilled out drink with your mates. We go there, a mixed crowd, sit on the corner sofa, easy to relax, unwind, chat, listen to the music, catch the tv if you want. 3 floors I think, (we always on 2nd). Round the corner of Tott Crt Rd tube so easy to get there 'n' easy to get home too.
