Witty cartoons on the wall - mainly concerning this pub's plethora of famous clients. Like it's big room of leatherette chairs and boozy friendliness. No idea if the beer was good - or any other drinks, I was too jolly to notice, but it's one of the few unpretentious chatty places in Soho, that maintained it's wit and charm without becoming one of the 'members only' joints.

I love this place. I'm normally banging on the door at 10.55am. With The Coach, if you don't get there early, you're not getting a seat. I normally start off with a few whiskeys (they have a great selection) and then move on to beer when I have one of their amazing £1 sandwiches for my lunch. Mmmm - how I love those homemade sandwiches! I normally have to pop into the office for a hour at 2pm (just to show my face) but by 3pm I'm back in The Coach having a few more whiskeys. Come by and I'll by you a drink (mine's the last stool along the bar with the wipeclean seat).
